The Beach
A 60-unit residential building at 66 Kippendavie Avenue in the Beach. Worsley acted as developer, delivering a small-format building on an infill site within an established residential neighbourhood.
Roncesvalles Village
A mid-rise of 93 residential units and four townhomes on a constrained main-street site in Roncesvalles Village. Worsley acted as developer and construction manager, delivering the project within an established low-rise context.
Toronto
A mixed-use development of 417 residential units with grade-level retail. Worsley carried the project through planning, rezoning and approvals to a shovel-ready position.
St. Clair West
A mid-rise of 116 residential units with grade-level retail on St. Clair West, between Bathurst and Dufferin. Worsley acted as developer, delivering the project on a transit-served corridor.
Church & Wellesley
Totem Condominiums is an 18 storey residential development comprising 145 units, located beside Wellesley subway station in downtown Toronto. Delivered on a compact urban site, the project reflects our experience in planning, managing and executing complex infill developments in established neighbourhoods.
Little Italy
One of the additional residential projects delivered by Worsley Urban and the Longo Group across the Greater Toronto Area, alongside commercial and industrial development and long-held income properties.
